Abstract

The frequency distribution is often referred to as a frequency table. This form of presentation, data which was originally still raw (including sorted data), is organized into groups of data or certain classes. There are several ways that we can use to create a frequency distribution, one of which is by using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS software. The case study that will be discussed is the Frequency Distribution of the compiler report cards, and the results we can get the ordered value data and their respective frequencies.
