Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan organisasi. Hampir semua aktivitas dalam organisasi tidak terlepas dari komunikasi. Dalam setiap melakukan komunikasi unsur penting diantaranya adalah pesan, karena pesan disampaikan melalui media yang tepat, bahasa yang di mengerti, kata-kata yang sederhana dan sesuai dengan maksud, serta tujuan pesan itu akan disampaikan dan mudah dicerna oleh komunikan. Dalam hal ini, perencanaan pesan – pesan bisnis lebih difokuskan pada perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis secara tertulis. Pengorganisasian dan revisi pesan-pesan bisnis juga tak kalah penting dalam mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi. Selain itu dalam lingkungan Perbankan Syariah Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, tentu harus menjalin Komunikasi dengan stakeholder, baik internal atau eksternal. bentuk hubungan atau proses komunikasi yang terjalin terangkum kedalam komunikasi bisnis. Karena pada dasarnya komunikasi bisnis adalah komunikasi yang terjadi di dunia bisnis, baik verbal atau non verbal.
