Abstract

A. Ruang Lingkup Keuangan Islam Menurut definisi "sistem" ini, ekonomi Islam merupakan bagian dari gaya hidup holistik dan didasarkan pada 4 ilmu yang berbeda: pengetahuan yang diwahyukan (Qur'an), praktik dan sunnah. Ini adalah kesimpulan dari analogi yang diterapkan pada masyarakat Islam yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad, interpretasi dan konsensus yang kemudian disepakati oleh para ulama masyarakat yang dikenal sebagai ijma. Dawam Rahardjo (1999) memilih istilah ekonomi Islam dalam tiga kemungkinan pengertian, yakni: Ekonomi Islam adalah ilmu ekonomi yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai atau ajaran Islam. Ekonomi Islam adalah sebuah sistem. Sistem ini berkaitan dengan regulasi, yaitu mengatur kegiatan ekonomi suatu masyarakat atau negara berdasarkan cara atau cara tertentu. Ekonomi Islam dalam arti pereekonomian Islam. B. PrinsipMaqashidSyariahKeuanganIslam Maqashid syariah dalam pengertian umum (dasar) adalah tujuan-tujuan syariah. Tujuan-tujuan syariah tersebut adalah untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan manusia di dunia dan di akhirat. Kemaslahatan manusia diwujudkan dengan memelihara lima kebutuhan pokok yaitu agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta.
