Abstract

Era teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan mendasar bagi masyarakat. Praktik bisnis, perubahan lingkungan bisnis, aktivitas bisnis tanpa batas Perdamaian adalah hasil yang menghasilkan tingkat yang semakin ketat. Persaingan ketat baik lokal maupun internasional. bisnis yang sukses Seseorang yang dapat menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan beradaptasi dan fleksibilitas yang tinggi Kecerdasan manajemen senior untuk membentuk lingkungan dan dengan demikian strategi Inovatif, mudah beradaptasi, inklusif, dan selaras dengan tujuan Anda. Elemen dasar keunggulan kompetitif bisnis. konsep abadi Meningkatkan sangat penting untuk mewujudkan keunggulan kompetitif. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan usaha, efisiensi, efektivitas (3 Es), berinovasi untuk praktik bisnis terbaik dan nilai tambah.
