Abstract

Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat dijelaskan mengapa beberapa perusahaan atau organisasi bisnis mampu bertahan dalam situasi ekonomi yang sulit. Krisis ekonomi yang melanda Indonesia tahun 1998, misalnya tidak serta-merta menghancurkan seluruh organisasi bisnis. Organisasi bisnis yang dikategorikan usaha kecil dan menengah ternyata mampu bertahan. Begitu juga sejumlah perusahaan besar juga ternyata mampu bertahan. Mengapa? Karena faktor ekonomi memang hanya memberi pengaruh sebesar 33% bagi perkembangan satu organisasi bisnis. Faktor terbesar justru ada di dalam lingkungan organisasi atau lingkungan internal organisasi, yaitu sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Sumber daya manusia itulah yang membuat satu organisasi bisa bertahan dalam situasi ekonomi yang sulit dan berat. Selanjutnya, mari kita membahas tentang konsep dasar manajemen pemasaran
