Abstract

Untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan-kelemahan dalam manajemen kоperasi secara keseluruhan dan untuk mengembangkan alternatif, pendekatan manajemen yang lebih tepat, diperlukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap seluruh prоses manajemen, masalah yang dihadapi, dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai sejauh ini dan di masa depan.
