Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjadi pedoman bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan tentang bagaimana bersikap dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam bermasyarakat, dan bernegara. Hal ini dinilai sangat penting dengan melihat banyaknya fenomena dan kasus dimana pemahaman dan kesadaran warga negara yang harus memiliki moralitas dalam menjalankan segala tindakan yang bertanggung jawab atas kebaikan dan pembangunan negara semakin memudar. Pesatnya arus modernisasi dan globalisasi turut menyebabkan melemahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang menjadi pedoman perilaku. Keutuhan dan persatuan etnis apalagi bangsa kita adalah bangsa yang sangat beragam dalam segala aspek agama, ras, suku, budaya, dan antar golongan.
