“Pengaruh Pemberitaan Bakteri Sakazaki Terhadap Keputusan Ibu Rumah Tangga Menggunakan Susu Formula”

Abstract

Bakteri sakazaki merupakan bakteri berbentuk batang, Gram negatif (White, 1998, Wikipedia, 2008), sel tunggal atau bergandengan, tidak membentuk spora (WHO, 2004), bersifat motil, memiliki flagella peritrik (White, 1998). Morfologi koloni E. sakazakii pada media Trypthon Soy Agar / TSA dari Oxoid: bahwa E. sakazakii membentuk koloni berbentuk bulat dan berwarna hijau . Koloni E. sakazakii kering mukoid dan liat seperti karet Susu formula adalah susu yang dibuat dari susu sapi atau susu buatan yang diubah komposisinya hingga dapat dipakai sebagai pengganti ASI. Alasan dipakainya susu sapi sebagai bahan dasar mungkin oleh banyaknya susu yang dapat dihasilkan oleh peternak (Pudjiadi, 2002). Philiph Kotler (1999:222 ) pengertian dari perilaku konsumen dapat didefinisikan sebagai berikut : “Perilaku konsumen adalah kegiatan – kegiatan individu yang secara langsung terlibat dalam mendapatkan dan mempergunakan barang – barang dan jasa, termasuk didalamnya proses pengambilan keputusan pada persiapan dan penentuan kegiatan – kegiatan tersebut”.
