Abstract

Ketangkasan luar biasa (ambidexterity) merupakan bagian yang penting untuk kelincahan bagi organisasi dan tenaga kerja untuk menghadapi perubahan yang tidak menentu. Terutama perubahan dalam berbisnis yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh inovasi teknologi dan kemajuan teknologi atau digitalisasi. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang definisi dari ambidexterity beserta ciri-cirinya, dampak ambidexterity terhadap kelincahan, dampak ambi-dexterity terhadap efektivitas organisasi, dan cara membangun organisasi dengan ambidexterrity.
