Abstract

TCCSĐT - Tháng 3 năm 2009, thế giới càng thêm nhiều biến động. Tâm điểm vẫn là cuộc khủng hoảng tài chính đang nhấn chìm nhiều đại công ty, các tổ hợp tài chính lớn và hàng loạt các quốc gia lớn, nhỏ. Những nước nhỏ đã và đang xếp hàng ngóng chờ cứu trợ tài chính khẩn cấp của Quỹ Tiền tệ thế giới đã đành, nhưng những nước lớn với tiềm năng kinh tế, khoa học- kỹ thuật và tài nguyên bao la như Nga và Trung Quốc cũng không thể “bình chân như vại”, thậm chí còn phải đối mặt với nhiều vấn đề nan giải hơn.
