Abstract

Komunikasi sebagai dasar hubungan antara sesama manusia telah berperan besar menghubungkan berbagai kepentingan pesan organisasi bisnis baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal, formal dan informal dengan berbagai pilihan saluran media kc para pemangku kepentingannya. Bagaimana kemudian aktivitas komunikasi bisa berperan secara efektif di dalam keberhasilan bisnis, tentunya diperlukan adanya pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman, etika dan kualitas diri yang dapat membantu seorang komunikator mampu atau kompeten di dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan bisnisnya.
