Abstract

Dalam mengambil keputusan, para pengambil keputusan dan juga pengusaha akan mempertimbangkan resiko dan dampak apa saja yang akan diterima dan perlu untuk ditanggung agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan juga memperoleh keungulan kompetitif diantara perusahaan pesaing. Hal ini perlu dipelajari di kalangan para pengambil keputusan dan juga wirausahawan dalam rangka memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dengan resiko paling minim
