Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hukum dan ketentuan upah (wages) dalam prespektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tafsir maudhu’I (tematik) dan tafsir tahlili (analitik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana prespektif Ekonomi Islam tentang pengupahnan atau pemberian upah (wages) berdasarkan surat at-Talaq ayat 6, surat al-Baqarah ayat 233 dan al-Qashash ayat 26.
