Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor Muhammad Luthfi Ramdhani BC416212025 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari buku Budaya Organisasi oelh Taliziduhu Ndraha, buku Leadership oleh Sudaryono, dan buku Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai oleh Prinsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 84 orang. Menggunakan teori sugiyono yaitu sempel jenuh sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor dengan hasil kuat, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor dengah hasil sangat kuat, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor dengan hasil sangat kuat. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kinerja Pegawai
