Abstract

Manajemen rantai pasokan adalah serangkaian pendekatan untuk mengoptimalkan integrasi. Pemasok, produsen, gudang dan gudang barang yang diproduksi dan didistribusikan Dalam jumlah yang tepat, di tempat yang tepat, pada waktu yang tepat untuk meminimalkan biaya dan pengiriman kepuasan klien. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan yang memasok Manajemen rantai untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lain. rantai pasokan Manajemen adalah alat kompetitif strategis bagi pembuat masalah. Logistik sebagai strategi bersaing untuk memenangkan persaingan. tujuan pembuatan Dokumen ini menjelaskan peran manajemen rantai pasokan dalam sistem manufaktur dan operasi dalam perusahaan yang berguna dalam memberikan nilai kepada konsumen dalam hal: Ketersediaan dan kecepatan layanan. agar konsumen dapat merasakan manfaat dari produk tersebut Meski secara fisik relatif identik dengan makanan lain.
