Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kompensasi terhadap intention to quit karyawan PT. Mandala Finance Tbk Cabang Idi. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mandala Finance Tbk Cabang Idi, Kabupaten Aceh Timur sebanyak 62 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh job insecurity, stres kerja dan kepuasan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intention to quit karyawan PT. Mandala Finance Tbk Cabang Idi dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (2,772 > 2,758). Dan secara stimultan berpengaruh terhadap intention to quit karyawan PT. Mandala Finance Tbk Cabang Idi sebesar 12,3%. Sedangkan sisanya 87,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan ke dalam model penelitian. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja hendaknya perusahaan memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk menjadi karyawan yang dihargai oleh perusahaan, Untuk mengurangi stres kerja hendaknya perusahaan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan-kebijakan yang berpotensi menimbulkan stres kerja karyawan dan untuk mengurangi keinginan karyawan berhenti dari pekerjaanya sebaiknya perusahaan memberikan gaji yang sesuai dengan beban kerja karyawan serta meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.
