Inovasi Disrupsi Penggunaan Digital payment pada Kalangan Milenial

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang maju akan berkontribusi pada perkembangan ekonomi digital dan mempercepat inklusi keuangan suatu negara. Salah satu bentuk teknologi informasi yang memungkinkan pertumbuhan ekonomi digital adalah pembayaran transaksi non tunai. Berdasarkan laporan Bank Indonesia, 48 penyelenggara jasa sistem pembayaran telah disetujui untuk melakukan kegiatan transaksi nontunai. Ada 14 di sisi perbankan dan 34 di sisi non-bank. Bentuk inovasi sistem pembayaran nontunai adalah kartu debit/tunai, kartu kredit, wesel, cek, rekening bank dan uang elektronik. Menurut data Bank Indonesia 2019, pemegang tren pembayaran nontunai adalah 95,75 triliun e-money, meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya (2018) yang volume transaksinya 60,00 triliun.
