Abstract

The rapid development of technology can lead to competition between businesses. Therefore, running a business requires operational management to be able to compete and develop. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research using a qualitative approach aims to explore or build a proportion or explain the meaning behind reality. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations. From the results of the analysis obtained findings - findings regarding operational management on Cv. Raya Indah which requires changes or improvements to achieve company goals. The results obtained in this study are operational management functions regarding supervision or control ( controlling ) on Cv. Raya Indah is in need of changes or repairs. This study aims to determine how the implementation of operational management functions, especially supervision or control on work systems and work procedures at Cv. Raya Indah and provide suggestions for Cv. Raya Indah can compete and develop better. Advice given to Cv. Raya Indah, namely: supervising the implementation of the work being carried out so that there are no errors, carrying out adequate security so that there is no loss of tools and materials in the project.
