Abstract

koperasi perlu memiliki nilai tambah dibanding dengan lembaga ekonomi lainnya. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan inovasiterhadapusahanya.Inovasiterhadapprodukataujasayangdihasilkan,sehingga yang ditawarkan oleh koperasi adalah sesuatu yang unik dan memperbanyak peluang usaha lainnya. Untuk mencapai maksud ini, koperasi harus menguasai akses kepada modal, pasar, dan teknologi. Jika koperasi bisa memaksimumkan fungsi ini, koperasi akan memiliki kemampuan meningkatkan usahanya dan professional secara mandiri, memperluas jaringan pemasarannya, serta bebas bermitra dengan lembaga ekonomi lainnya.
