Abstract

Penentuan berbagai kebijakan yang diperuntukkan bagi UMKM, khususnya usaha yang berada pada skala mikro (informal), haruslah melibatkan pelaku usaha mikro itu sendiri untuk merumuskan serta menentukan berbagai instrumen kebijakan. Mengingat pentingnya sektor informal (UMKM) dan koperasi sebagai basis ekonomi rakyat, beberapa pola pembinaan perlu dijalankan secara simultan, terutama menyangkut kemitraan, pembiayaan, dan pengembangan usaha. Pembinaan adalah suatu tindakan, proses, hasil atau pernyataan menjadi baik. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemajuan, peningkatan, atau pertumbuhan, terjadinya evolusi atas berbagai kemungkinan, berkembang atau peningkatan sesuatu. Dalam melakukan pembinaan tersebut pasti kita perlu memiliki Strategi-strategi atau rancangan agar pembinaan dapat mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu mengembangkan suatu hal menjadi baik.
