Abstract

Teknologi semakin maju dan berkembang setiap harinya. Bila perusahaan ingin tetap survive di dunia bisnis, maka perusahaan tersebut harus mengikuti kemana arah dari teknologi – teknologi ini menuju. Tentunya perusahaan tidak bisa berdiri sendiri tanpa bantuan karyawan – karyawannya. Itulah mengapa penting bagi perusahan untuk merekrut orang – orang yang “melek” teknologi, karena dengan begitu bila kualitas karywannya baik, maka sudah pasti kualitas perusahaan tersebut-pun akan naik. Dengan kualitas karyawan – karyawan yang mumpuni, perusahaan akan semakin efektf dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan – pekerjaannya. Pekerjaan akan selesai sesuai dengan tujuan, kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu yang telah ditentukan.
