Các nhân tố tác động đến sự hài lòng của du khách đến phố cổ Hội An

Abstract

Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) để kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa chất lượng dịch vụ của điểm đến du lịch và sự hài lòng của du khách đến thăm phố cổ Hội An. Thang đo SERVQUAL (Parasuraman & ctg, 1988) được sử dụng có điều chỉnh. Nghiên cứu sử dụng các phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, phân tích nhân tố khẳng định CFA và kiểm định mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM. Kết quả cho thấy sự hài lòng của du khách đến du lịch tại Hội An chịu tác động bởi 2 thành phần được thể hiện theo thứ tự tầm quan trọng: (1) Độ tin cậy; (2) Sự Bảo đảm. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số kiến nghị cho các nhà quản lý và các tổ chức kinh doanh du lịch của phố cổ Hội An nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ để làm tăng sự hài lòng của du khách.
