Abstract

Penulis memutuskan untuk membahas Kain Tapis Lampung karena saat ini penenun dan penapis tradisional sudah banyak berkurang bahkan kegiatan menapis mulai ditinggalkan dan mulai digantikan dengan mesin yang durasi waktunya bisa lebih cepat berkali lipat. Semakin majunya jaman, terjadi pula pergeseran kebiasaan, pola, adat, dan kebudayaan.
