Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di perusahaan jasa logistik skala kecil dan menengah masih sangat minim, baik disebabkan karena kemampuan penguasaan TI maupun ketersediaan infrastruktur. Penguasaan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi ini amat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan internal perusahaan, serta keperluan keterhubungan dengan pasar maupun pemasok. Penguasaan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi, sesungguhnya tidak hanya terbatas pada kapabilitas teknis, tetapi juga, yang lebih penting lagi adalah, kaitannya dengan efektifvitas perencanaan dan kemampuan organisasional. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari rancang bangun aplikasi pergudangan dan distribusi yang sudah ada disesuaikan dengan reference model (blue print) UKM klaster industri Jasa Logistik. Aplikasi yang ada mencakup CPTD (Collecting, Processing, Transporting dan Distribution). Rancang bangun aplikasi berbasis mobile ini menggunakan metode siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancang bangun aplikasi mobile yang dapat digunakan pada berbagai smartphone untuk membantu UKM Cluster Jasa Logistik dalam mengolah data dan informasi yang dihasilkan dalam CPTD.
