Abstract

Makalah ini berjudul kerja sama di bidang usaha antar koperasi dan kerja sama antar koperasi di bidang usaha bukan usaha. Koperasi melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan. Kinerja koprasi khusus mengenai perhimpunan, koperasi harus bekerja berdasarkan ketentuan undang-undang umummengenai organisasi usaha (perseorangan, persekutuan, dsb.) serta hukum dagang danhukum pajak. Organisasi koperasi yang khas dari suatu organisasi harus diketahuidengan menetapkan anggaran dasar yang khusus. Selain itu koperasi juga menjalinkerja sama di bidang usaha yang bertujuan untuk lebih memajukan koperasi itusendiri.
