Abstract

Proses penelitian laporan keuangan beserta unsur-unsur yang berkaitan dengan laporan keuangan yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memprediksi kondisi keuangan sebuah perusahaan dan juga mengevaluasi segala hasil yang telah dicapai sebuah perusahaan pada masa telah lalu dan sekarang, sering disebut dengan Analisis laporan keuangan. Pada dasarnya analisis laporan keuangan sebuah perusahaan sering kali dilakukan karena ingin mengetahui tingkat profit, tingkat risiko dan tingkat kesehatan suatu perusahaan. Bila ingin melakukan analisis laporan keuangan tentunya seseorang harus melakukan beberapa hal yaitu: 1. Menetapkan tujuan analisis dengan jelas 2. Mengetahui dan Memahami segala konsep dan prinsip yang mendasari laporan dan rasio keuangan yang terdapat dalam laporan keuangan tersebut 3. Mengetahui dan memahami kondisi ekonomi pasar dan kondisi bisnis para pesain lain Ke-3 hal tersebut harus diketahui oleh seseorang yang ingin malakukan analisis keuangan, setelah itu barulahh melakukan analisis keuangan dengan menggunakan alat-alat analisis seperti rasio-rasio keuangan atau lain sebagainya.
