Abstract

Orientasi kewirausahaan (EO) tidak akan ada artinya jika tidak ada budaya manajerial yang baik. Orientasi Wirausaha (SEO) adalah aset penting yang tidak berwujud, sebab ia ada namun hanya bisa dirasakan lewat kedisiplinan perusahaan yang strategis. Studi ini (Khan & Bashir, 2020) menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan dapat melibatkan mereka dengan lebih baik melalui relasi pemasaran. Sistem pemasaran yang baik pada perusahaan mampu memahami lingkungan, mencapai misi sosial, meningkatkan pendapatan, bahkan dapat menjadi sebuah donatur melalui pelayanan prima kepada organisasi nirlaba yang membutuhkan support. Demikian pula, perusahaan yang kurang bonafit dalam orientasi kewirausahaan tidak akan dapat menyelesaikan masalah sosial dengan inovasi, akan kurang paham siklus pasar, dan mungkin tidak dapat mencapai tujuan sosial secara efektif
