Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung

Abstract

PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang budidaya pertambakan udang vaname sudah seharusnya memiliki karyawan yang penuh semangat dan bermotivasi tinggi dalam bekerja dan melakukan pekerjaannya secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung sebanyka 80 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji thitung untuk variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 2,063 (thitung = 2,063 > ttabel =1,661) dan sig =0,025 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung. Hasil uji thitung untuk variabel kompensasi sebesar 2,198 (thitung = 2,198> ttabel =1,661) dan sig = 0,031 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung. Hasil uji thitung untuk variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 5,039 (thitung = 5,039> ttabel =1,661) dan sig = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Windu Air Mas Bandar Lampung.
