Abstract

Islam yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Proses manajemen terlibat fungsi-fungsi pokok yang ditampilkan oleh seorang manajer/pimpinan, yaitu: a) Perencanaan (Planning); b) Pengorganisasian (Organizing); c) Pimpinan (leading) dan d) Pengawasan (Controling); dan e) penghargaan. Hadis-hadis tentang manajemen pendidikan Islam mengetengahkan, bahwa nabi sebagai pendidik yang patut dicontoh menerapkan manajemen yang telah diakui keberhasilannya dan merupakan prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam pendidikan Islam. Prinsip-prinsip dasar tersebut dapat dikembangkan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam, terutama dalam mewujudkan manusia yang taat kepada Allah, berakhlak baik dan cerdas akal dan sosial.
