Abstract

Waralaba adalah suatu bentuk kerja sama bisnis antara 2 orang atau lebih dengan menggunakan merk, produk, atau sistem operasional dengan pihak kedua yang berupa pemberian izin untuk pemakaian merk, produk, dan sistem operasional. Sistem yang dimiliki oleh waralaba bertujuan untuk memperluas bisnis dan mendistribusikan barang dan jasa untuk menjangkau konsumen secara lebih luas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dari konsumen yang tinggi. Biasanya dalam kesepakatan waralaba akan dibuatkan perjanjian dengan kesepakatan yang sudah ditentukan dan disetujui kedua belah pihak.
