Abstract

Cучасні тенденції розвитку готельного господарства характеризуються використанням «розумних» технологій (інноваційних драйверів) у всіх процесах, які здійснюються на підприємствах. Нові потреби ринку готельних послуг сприяють створенню інноваційних технологій та їх практичному використанні у бізнесі. Розвиток глобальної мережі Інтернет у 2015 році дозволяє підприємствам готельного господарства оперативно працювати зі всіма учасниками ринку готельних послуг. Вплив Інтернет-ресурсів у цій сфері економічної діяльності виявляється, насамперед, у впровадженні сучасних інформаційних технологій в процес надання послуг.
