Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah hudan (petunjuk) yang diturunkan Allah Ta’ala kepada Nabi Muhammad S.A.W untuk segenap manusia. Dalam Al-Qur’an, Allah SWT mengajarkan tauhid kepada manusia. Al-Qur’an mengemukakan gambaran yang cermat tentang berbagai aspek penting kehidupan manusia. Diantara aspek penting tersebut adalah manajemen. Adapun untuk mengeksplorasi ayat Al-Qur’an yang berbicara tentang tema di atas digunakanlah mutode mawdu’i (tematik). Metode ini istimewa karena relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di era milenial saat ini yang mebutuhkan penjelaan praktis untuk memecahkan kemusykilan dan menangkap maksud Al-Qur’an berdasarkan tema tertentu secara jelas.Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Al-Qur’an mengungkap makna manajemen dengan penggunaan kata Al-Tadbiir. Dalam pelaksanaannya, manajemen hendaknya mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip. Al-Qur’an tidak menafikkan adanya prinsip manajemen ini, diantaranya dikemukakan dalam Al-Qur’an ialah: keimanan, ikhlas, ihsan, keteladanan, kesatuan arah, musyawarah, akuntabilitas, efisien dan efektif, partisipasif, bertanggungjawab, kompeten, dan adanya kerjasama serta fleksibel. Secara garis besar, manajemen pendidikan dalam Al-Qur’an ialah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating) dan keempat adalah pengawasan (controlling).
