Abstract

Setiap produsen selalu berusaha melalui produk yang dihasilkannyadapatlah tujuan dan sasaran perusahaannya tercapai. Produk yang dihasilkannyadapat dijual atau dibeli konsumen dengan tingkat harga yang memberikankeuntugan perusahaan jangka panjang. Melalui produk yang dapat dijualnya, perusahaan dapat menjamin kehidupannya atau nenjaga kestabilan usahanya dan berkembang. Dalam rangka inilah setiap perodusen harus memikirkan kegiatan produknya, jauh sebelum produkini dihasilan sampai poduk itu dikonsumsi konsumenUntuk mencapai tujuannya, setiap perusahaan mengarahkan usahanyauntuk menghasilkan produk yang dapat memberikan kepuasan konsumen,sehingga dalam jangka panjang perusahaan mandapatan keuntungan yangdiharapkan. Melalui produk yang dihasilkannya, perusahaan menciptakan danmembina langganan. Oleh karena itu, keberhasialn suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan keberhasilan usaha pemasaran dari produk yang dihasilkan. Keberhasilan ini ditentukan ketepatan produk yang dihasilkan dalam memberikankepuasan dari sasaran konsumen yang ditentukannya
