Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis kebijakan deliberatif terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembangunan di desa Carawali Kecamatan Watang Pulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 663 kepala keluarga, dimana teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah non porobability sampling yaitu dengan purposive sampling. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara Observasi, dan Study Literature Review (Library Research). Penelitian ini difokuskan dalam keterlibatan deliberatif masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, kebijakan deliberatif diartikan sebagai kebijakan yang dirumuskan secara bersama antara masyarakat dan pemerintahan. Dari hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa partisapasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembangunan sudah bersifat deliberatif.Pemerintah desa Carawali mampu merealisasikan usulan-usulan dan aspirasi masyarakat sebagi wadah untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam pelaksanaannya dan terus melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang perencanaan pembangunan.
