Proses Penulisan Pesan-Pesan Bisnis

Abstract

Pesan bisnis merupakan satu pesan atau surat yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi mengenai penyelenggaraan kegiatan bisnis baik secara tertulis maupun tidak tertulis dari pengirim kepada penerima, bisa perseorangan maupun organisasi. Secara umum, semua pesan bisnis mempunyai tiga tujuan pokok yaitu: untuk memberi informasi, membujuk dan untuk membina kerjasama dengan penerima pesan (audien). Pada dasarnya ada dua bentuk komunikasi yang lazim digunakan dalam dunia bisnis, yaitu komunikasi verbal dan komunikasi non verbal. Dalam Proses Komunikasi Bisnis Perbankan Syariah terdiri atas enam tahap, yaitu: Pengirim mempunyai suatu ide atau gagasan, Pengirim mengubah ide menjadi suatu pesan, Pengirim menyampaikan pesan, Penerima menerima pesan, Penerima menafsirkan pesan, dan Penerima memberi tanggapan dan mengirim umpan balik kepada pengirim.
