Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisa apa faktor yang mempengaruhi manajer usaha waroeng ponorogo dalam mengambil keputusan menentukan strategi Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif (metode survei) dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode survei adalah metode yang mengambil contoh data dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok (koentjaraningrat,1993). Dengan memadukan kedua pendekatan tersebut diharapkan upaya pemahaman gaya kepemimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan terhadap perusahaan dapat dilakukan secara lebih komprehensif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi manajer usaha warung Ponorogo dalam mengambil keputusan menentukan strategi Sumber Daya Manusia adalah kebijakan pengelolahan karyawan yang di intergrasikan dengan strategi organisasi dan di gunakan untuk mendorong budaya organisasi, agar karyawan memiliki nilai dan menjadi sumber keunggulan bersaing di dalam era modern dan masyarakat umum yang sudah mahir teknologi sehingga dapat menggunakan strategi online dipilih sebagai Produktifitas utama untuk Sumber Daya Manusia.
