Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh của Agribank chi nhánh Quảng Ngãi

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm nhận dạng các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh (NLCT) của Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn Việt Nam (Agribank) – Chi nhánh Tỉnh Quảng Ngãi, thông qua phỏng vấn 243 khách hàng đã từng có giao dịch với chi nhánh. Phương pháp kiểm định độ tin cậy của thang đo thông qua hệ số Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích yếu tố khám phá EFA, và xây dựng mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Kết quả cho thấy có 6 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến NLCT của Agribank chi nhánh tỉnh Quảng Ngãi, sắp theo thứ tự giảm dần: (1) NLCT về thương hiệu, (2) năng lực đáp ứng khách hàng, (3) năng lực tổ chức dịch vụ, (4) năng lực công nghệ, (5) nguồn nhân lực, (6) định hướng kinh doanh. Kết quả nghiên cứu này hy vọng sẽ giúp cho các nhà quản lý có những quyết định phù hợp nhằm nâng cao NLCT Agribank- chi nhánh tỉnh Quảng Ngãi.
