Abstract

Nhìn từ số lượng công bố khoa học trên các tạp chí uy tín trên thế giới có thể thấy, một vài năm trở lại đây, Việt Nam dần khẳng định vị thế của mình trên bản đồ khoa học trong khu vực. Đây là một tín hiệu đáng mừng, song thực tế, khoảng cách giữa Việt Nam và các quốc gia thuộc TOP đầu trên thế giới còn khá lớn. Bài viết đặt Việt Nam trong mối so sánh tương quan với quốc tế để tìm hiểu lý do và kiến nghị giải pháp, con đường thúc đẩy phát triển khoa học và công nghệ tại Việt Nam.
