Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau variabel peran strategi entrepreneurial marketing dalam membangun sustainable competitive advantage pada start-up. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Chat GPT yang merupakan teknologi kecerdasan buatan yang mampu memproses data dan menghasilkan output berupa jawaban atau solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber yang terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi entrepreneurial marketing memiliki peran penting dalam membangun sustainable competitive advantage pada start-up. Variabel yang diperhatikan dalam strategi entrepreneurial marketing antara lain inovasi, pengalaman pelanggan, branding, dan pemasaran berbasis komunitas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Chat GPT, penelitian ini memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi bagi start-up untuk membangun sustainable competitive advantage melalui strategi entrepreneurial marketing. Solusi tersebut antara lain membangun inovasi yang berkelanjutan, memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang unik dan menyenangkan, memperkuat branding, serta membangun dan memperkuat komunitas pelanggan.
