Abstract

Berbagai upaya strategis yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanggulangi keterbelakangan koperasi perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Sehingga diperlukan strategi pengembangankelembagaan,kualitassumberdayamanusia,permodalandanpengaruh lingkungan eksternal, kemitraan koperasi dengan badan usaha lain, serta peran pemerintah. Penyehatan kondisi keuangan dan perbankan nasional serta keberpihakan sektor perbankan terhadap koperasi dapat membantu dalam meningkatkankinerjanya. Strategi pengembangan kelembagaan dan koperasi melalui sistem demokrasi dengan musyawarah melalui RAT yang merupakan keputusan tertinggi. Khususnya dalam mensukseskan Pemilu diperlukan strategi pengembangan kelembagaan dan koperasi melalui sistem demokrasi untuk memberdayakan ekonomi kerakyatan, di mana rakyat dilibatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.
