Abstract

KATA PENGANTAR Segala puji dan syukur kehadirat Allah Swt. yang telah melimpahkan rahmat-Nya. Berkat karunia-Nya, peneliti dapat menyelesaikan buku yang berjudul “Profesionalisme Driver Transportasi Online”. Buku ini dapat diselesaikan berkat bantuan dari berbagai pihak. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada pihak-pihak yang telah membantu penyelesaian buku ini. Transportasi online memberikan manfaat untuk memudahkan dalam bertransportasi, membuka lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Disisi lain transportasi online memberikan dampak negatif seperti konflik antara driver dengan transportasi konvensional, praktik kecurangan oknum driver, pelanggaran tata tertib oleh oknum driver dan perilaku kurang profesional oknum driver dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya. Fokus masalah penelitian ini adalah profil driver transportasi online, motif memilih profesi driver transportasi online, dampak penghargaan dan sanksi terhadap kinerja driver transportasi online dan penguatan profesionalisme driver transportasi online.
