Abstract

PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Starbucks Indonesia merupakan perusahaan publik yang bergerak dalam bidang ritel makanan cepat saji dan bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Starbucks masuk di Indonesia pada 17 Mei 2002 dengan ditandai pembukaan gerai di Plaza Indonesia. Starbucks Corporation adalah sebuah perusahaan kopi dan jaringan kedai kopi global asal Amerika Serikat yang berkantor pusat di Seattle, Washington sejak tahun 1971. Starbucks Coffee sudah lama berkecimpung di dunia perkopian Indonesia. Walaupun harga yang ditawarkan cukup mahal untuk sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia, tetapi produk Starbucks Coffee masih terus diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Starbucks Coffee juga menawarkan beberapa produk selain minuman seperti dessert manis dan asin.
