Abstract

Keju Kraft merupakan keju favorit semua orang didunia, rasanya yang lezat dan lembut membuat hampir semua orang menyukainya. Bisnis ini pada abad 19 mengalami kenaikan (rise). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan penurunan (fall) dan kenaikan (rise) pada bisnis makanan keju Craft. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada bisnis Kraft Cheese yang bergerak di bidang makanan dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas Bisnis makanan pernah tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena memiliki value proposition kraft cheese menguasai pasar didunia seperti memiliki rasa yang gurih dan lembut, dapat dikonsumsi dimana saja dan kapan saja, memiliki rasa dan bau yang tidak menyengat dan tentunya tahan lama. Studi merekomendasikan key activities kraft cheese lebih mengembangkaninovasi dalam rasa maupun dari segi ekonomis.
