Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi semakin membuat gaya hidup, pola pikir, sikap dan perilaku masyarakat Indonesia ikut berubah dan semakin maju, khususnya di bidang pemasaran. Kecanggihan teknologi, terutama teknologi komunikasi juga sekaligus membuat persaingan bisnis menjadi sangat tajam, baik di pasar domestik maupun pasar internasional, untuk dapat merebut pelanggannya. Saat ini masyarakat semakin pintar dan selektif dalam membeli sebuah produk. Berbagai produk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat mulai dari kebutuhan primer, sekunder dan tersier. Dengan kemajuan masyarakat terutama dari segi perekonomian maka pendapatan mereka semakin bertambah sehingga kebutuhan mereka pun sudah pasti berbeda-beda, semua itu dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya produk-produk yang beredar dipasaran.
