Abstract

Obesitas didefenisikan sebagai ketidakeimbangan jumlah makanan yang masuk dibandingkan dengan pengeluaran energi yang dilakukan oleh tubuh. Obesitas adalah suatu kondisi terjadinya akumulasi lemak yang tidak normal atau berlebihan di dalam jaringan adiposa sampai kadar tertentu sehingga dapat mengganggu kesehatan.Obesitas didefinisikan sebagai kelebihan proporsi total lemak tubuh yang terjadi ketika asupan kalori seseorang melebihi jumlah energi yang dibakarnya. Tingkat aktivitas, tingkat penghasilan dan asupan kalori signifikan dengan obesitas
