Abstract

Le Vietnam est le 3ème pays le plus peuplé de l’Association des Nations des pays de l’Asie du Sud-Est (ASEAN) avec 95,5 M d’habitants et représente la 6ème économie de la région (Site de la Direction Générale du Trésor et de la Banque Mondiale). La politique du Doi Moi («renouveau»), engagée en 1986, a permis au Vietnam d’enclencher d’importantes réformes de modernisation et un envol économique majeur : le pays est alors passé d’une économie planifiée rigide à une économie de marché qui s’ouvre de plus en plus au monde comme le montre la récente signature de l’Accord de Libre Echange (ALE) avec l’Union Européenne.
