Abstract

Sejatinya manusia merupakan mahluk sosial yang tidak dapat hidup sendiri. manusia memerlukan bantuan dari orang lain dalam rangka bertahan hidup. Manusia ditakdirkan hidup bermasyarakat. Tentunya manusia selalu berinteraksi antara individu dengan individu lainnya. Aktivitas antara seseorang dengan seseorang disebut muamalah. Hubungan sesama manusia merupakan manifestasi dari hubungan dari pencipta. Jika baik hubungan dengan manusia lain, maka baik pula hubungan dengan penciptanya. Kegiatan ekonomi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Bertransaksi sana-sini untuk menjalankan kehidupan dan tanpa kita sadari pula kita melakukan yang namanya ariyah (pinjam-meminjam). Pinjam meminjam kita lakukan baik itu barang, uang ataupun lainnya. jamkan. Agama Islam merupakan agama yang sangat sempurna. Dalam agama Islam pinjam meminjam sesuatu disebut dengan al-‘ariyah, dalam pengertiannya ‘ariyah adalah meminjamkan suatu benda kepada orang lain untuk diambil manfaatnya.
