Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены основные понятия методов бюджетирования, а также выделены их положительные стороны. Проанализированы особенности, характерные для различных методов. Выявлены и обоснованы ключевые и важнейшие преимущества использования методов и необходимость для успешного развития любой компании. This article discusses the basic concepts of budgeting methods, as well as highlights their positive aspects. The features characteristic of various methods are analyzed. The key and most important advantages of using methods and the necessity for the successful development of any company are identified and justified.
