Konsep Syariah Dalam Pengembangan Produk Perbankan

Abstract

Perbankan adalah lembaga yang mempunyai peran utama dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Peran ini terwujud dalam fungsi bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi keuangan (financial intermediary instution), yakni menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat taraf hidup rakyat. Perbankan syariah merupakan institusi yang memberikan layanan jasa perbankan berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Prinsip syariah adalah prinsip hukum Islam dalam kegiatan perbankan berdasarkan fatwa di bidang syariah. Prinsip ini menggantikan prinsip bunga yang terdapat dalam sistem perbankan konvensional. Prinsip syariah adalah aturan perjanjian berdasarkan hukum Islam antara bank dan pihak lain untuk menyimpan dana atau pembiayaan suatu usaha atau kegiatan lainnya yang dinyatakan sesuai dengan syariah, antara lain, produk pembiayaan berdasarkan prinsip syariah bagi hasil, pembiayaan berdasarkan prinsip penyertaan modal, prinsip jual beli barang dengan memperoleh keuntungan atau pembiayaan barang modal berdasarkan prinsip sewa murni tanpa pilihan. Lantas bagaimana konsep syariah pada perkembangan produk perbankan tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka penulis tertarik untuk membahas mengenai ekonomi makro dan mikro dengan judul “Konsep Syariah Dalam Pengembangan Produk Perbankan”.
