Abstract

This study aims to determine how the ability of village government in the implementation of administrative duties in the village of North Tanimbar Keliobar District of West Southeast Maluku District. The study used a qualitative methodology by interviewing 11 informants from within the village and outside the village. By using descriptive qualitative analysis obtained by the findings that the village government capacity in the implementation of quality of village administration tasks will depend on the responsibility to perform the tasks and cooperation between village officials who can be known through a process of performance evaluation management apparatus village. Keywords: Ability Village Government and Government Administration Tasks Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan Pemerintah Desa dalam pelaksanaan tugas administrasi di Desa Keliobar Kecamatan Tanimbar Utara Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan mewawancarai 11 informan yang berasal dari dalam desa dan luar desa. Dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif deskritif diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam pelaksanaan tugas administrasi desa yang berkualitas akan sangat tergantung pada tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kerjasama antara aparatur desa yang dapat diketahui lewat sebuah proses manajemen evaluasi kinerja aparatur desa. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemerintah Desa dan Tugas Adminsitrasi Pemerintahan
